Leadership
Kingfisher is led by Bryce Ernst, a former FBI Special Agent with experience in counterintelligence, protective intelligence, and national-security investigations, and a former U.S. military officer supporting specialized aviation and intelligence missions. His background includes sensitive inquiries, cross-border intelligence problems, and advisory work for senior leaders operating under pressure.
This experience informs the firm’s culture: analytical, disciplined, and grounded in clear judgement.
Where We Work
We support clients across the United States and maintain a light presence in Dublin to assist work in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Europe. Assignments often involve multiple jurisdictions, international components, or environments with limited transparency.

Kingfisher is privately owned and fully independent. We are not affiliated with security contractors, investigative franchises, or multinational consultancies.
